i went shopping yesterday but got the very basics... cereal, milk, coffee and flavored creamer, peanut butter and jelly and some bread lol just the essentials! lol

Image: http://i707.photobucket.com/albums/w...r/IMG_4513.jpg Name of creation: Pumpkin Butter Notes: Thnk apple butter but with pumpkin 1 (29oz) can pumpkin (not pie) 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup apple cider 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with vented lid and bring to a boil (is thick). Reduce to low/med heat and simmer for half an hour stirring frequently. Taste and adjust sugar and seasonings to your own taste. |
