Well mine used to have frequent disconnections, with increased frequency when it rains. Really REALLY annoying especially when you have an urgent email to send for some project :[

thats when you ask for someone who speaks english.. cause some of these people ahve REALLY thick acents.. and it makes it even harder on star cause she's like 'do huh.. wait no what was that again..' and theres hard feelings on both sides lol.

they would ask to do things that already tried. then try to point the problem on it being something else o.o..

meh i had some lady tell me it wasn't HER peoples isue it was my telephone company which i knew was bull.. but i thanked her hung up and called the telephone company anyways we went through everything.. i was right..

ohh yeah.. Charters done that to me a couple of times.. i've done it so often i could practically do all the steps they ask us to do in my sleep..

lol yeah XD the one time mom called cause brothers laptop kept getting pop ups and such >-> they told her to restore the whole thing lol XD i later found a way to remove it with out haveing to restore the whole computer lol
