No need to feel stupid, hummy. Sometimes problems are just more involved than what we can do at home without help. I don't know how I'll ever make it on my own sometimes, as I hate talking on the phone period. [blush] I always dread having to speak to someone and explain something sometimes, especially when there's a problem.

I'm so far behind on this event. I've only got seven tokens for the whole thing, though that's mostly because I haven't been able to get on until late, and don't have a lot of time to post. Thankfully I might have more time over the next two days, as I'm off work, so I might have some more free time. [yes]

I think my problem is partly that I over worry about what I'll say, what the other person will say, etc. I don't mind starting out automated sometimes, as long as the machine can understand me as well. Though, when I was younger, I used to wonder at first, 'Do I have to talk to anyone, or is it just a machine prompt thing?' About one thing I hate more than calling people, is leaving messages for people, somehow I hate talking to voicemails, and get tongue-tied especially there.

My mom actually calls me 'phone-a-phobic' because of my issue. [XD] Even though I have a cellphone, I don't use it much except to text family, and if someone calls and I don't know the number, it goes straight to voicemail. If they leave a message, they might be lucky to get a call back, but depending on the situation, they might not.

@RoseMaxwell - Ah I know what you mean.
Most of the time it's easier for me to just leave a text message than to speak it out. Well, I think and speak slow and all.
That's why I'd always ignore calls and such. Oops :x
