Not really....I do have parts I know I could write if I were to write in non-chronological order....

I would describe fluff as 'additional details' which if are not there, the basic idea would still come across.

Just describe things in more detail I'd say, but then again I haven't been fluffing too much in my own novel for NaNoWriMo, which is probably why I'm so far behind. ^^;
