I don't see how you can mix the two up, sure they both Korea, and they speak the same language, but they're very different in terms of their government and the way the countries are run. I don't know too much but I know that North Korea is very much communist and is closed off from the rest of the world. South Korea is democratic or capitalist I think, and where many popular Korean TV shows, movies, manhwa, celebrities come from.

I know there are different government.
