LOL Yep, they do that too. xD Well, at least not with mine. That is fairly disgusting. But it's hard to get the right food for pets! You may get a brand (which I have many of times) in different varieties and something always happened. Either they threw it up - their feces were runny - they wouldn't eat it at all. The wet foods in cans are dangerous to feed to animals, I think. It fattens them up too much. We had a white tabby cat, male and he loved those canned stew cat foods out the waazoo and he got a double fat lip - nose and chin. XD It was horrible!

Especially if you get generic pet food--food isn't just food with animals... people who say that really need hit over the head. The generic stuff lacks vitamins (which is what they need, like you said) and it can break their teeth since its hard as a rock.

I'm using a RNG to pick my numbers for me. xD

Feeding comes down to how much they are given of course. Lol. I started feeding my puppy Pedigree puppy food (in a can) and for snacks, I give her a handful of Iams puppy chow (hard food). Now, mixing foods can lead to runny stool, but she has been doing fantastic with it. An easy way to tell if a brand of pet food is good for the pet or not is to look at the ingredients. If the first ingredient is "whole grain corn meal" or "chicken or meat by product" then chances are it isn't any good for them. A certain types of dog food can make dogs have diarrhea and changing dog foods often will make them have it as well. > w < Why can't they be like humans and be able to eat a variety of food without having bowel problems?

As for the cat, is he neutered or lazy? I know cats tend to be lazy.. xD
