i had an awful day. four hour appointment at the hospital and i ate way too early. just as i am leaving, finally, i got all shkey and was told i had to stay. the pharm tech went and bought me orange juice but my bg wasn't too low. i just hadn't eaten or drinken anything in like eight hours or so. then i had to wait for meds and he wanted me to do blood work too *sobs* what a bad day =*(

Hummy can you afford Fiber One bars? I find them to be helpful for me. There's also a nutrigrain equivalent of it somewhere. I find they are good as an emergency meal.
As for scrolling. If you're using a computer, Ctrl + Mouse Wheel can zoom text.
