I'm finally starting to feel a little bit better..my sleep schedule is now ruined though. I've woken up at three A.M. every day for 4 or 5 days now and just can't go back to sleep after it :(

its been a bad few days had a panic attack Friday just as I was leaving a 4 hour appointment and then they wouldn't let me leave because my heart was racing and I was really confused like I could even say what I eat in class and the bad thing about it was my blood sugar was perfectly normal so they're trying to figure out what was wrong with me about that and you know I just don't know everytime I turn around its different medicine and I'm just over it right now but I went back Saturday because he wanted to admit me and I did not want to stay in the hospital so they did a bunch of tests ran more blood work and I have another appointment on Friday to see what's going on with me unless I get off break down and panic again then I have to go into the ER its just crazy

I had a panic attack in a doctors office once - before I knew what panic attacks were. After they calmed me down, the nurse goes, "Are you aware you had a panic attack?" and I was like "WTF, no! I don't get those" and she was like, "you just did" D: I just thought I was going crazy for the longest time D:

I'm sorry it's been a rough few days for you <3 [kiss] I understand your feelings about the medicine...probably not to the extent that you have...but after being prescribed my THIRD round of antibiotics in under 2 months - I just wanted to throw in the towel. Luckily - they seem to finally be working.

Hopefully they can find something that will finally start working for you <3333

isn't it awful? i wasn't even really nervous either. i though i have had panic attacks before but this one was so bad. like i was shaking and almost in tears. i am a person who doesn't like to lose control in public so it was just awful for me and i was literally seconds away from getting up to leave. [sosad] then they just huddled together whispering and that was freaking me out even more.
i do hope these help you with them being so strong not being able to go back to sleep stinks when you have time to sleep. having this for so long must have you so weak!

When I have panic attacks I definitely cry. And I start to hyperventilate as well D: They are not fun!

That's kind of ridiculous they were just standing their whispering about you as you were there next to them D: That would make ANYONE nervous! WTF

It's the breathing that hurts the worst for me right now. Because of all the crap in my chest. But it's finally staring to let up a bit, so that's nice :D XD

Event Commons are the items in the event store that are not event rares. (So everything in the event store besides the masks, gourds, and freaky fonts)

at least you aren't contagious and can't work

they just wanted to admit me and i wouldn't have it.
it looks like i might have hurt my heart with all of my really low BG days.
my lowest one, that i checked, was only 58 and he was not pleased with me.
little does he know i don't check my low ones all the time anymore because he gets so pissed at me.

Every time I have a panic attack, it hurts so bad I am crying. I don't hyperventilate every single time but gosh it hurts. I hate when people start staring at me. :(

The teachers at my school are all, "You SURE you can work? I think you got me sick yesterday" and I'm going, "I'm not contagious and you wouldn't catch bronchitis that fast anyway, calm down."

They were nice and let me go home early both Thursday and Friday from work. Normally we have to stay an hour after the kids leave, but they let me leave when the kids left both days.

I hate when doctors yell at you like you aren't doing what you are supposed to do. They have no clue that we DO what they ask us to do - it just might not yield the results THEY want for us. I really have a bad relationship with doctors. D: So they always make me upset D:

aw, it is awful isn't it? i don't like being fussed over and they were getting me water and orange juice and telling me to sit down. i felt like the walls were closing in on me and i guess i was hyperventilating a bit too. my chest was hurting.
