It's part of a health anxiety
I have. I have the fear of vomiting and after i drank water
when i had food poisoning i did that and vomiting is a fear of mine
so I just stray away from water.

I do however love to swim and not afraid to swim in water. xD

I don't think it has to do so much with my mind but my body.
When my acid reflex happens it makes me feel like I will
so I start having a panic attack. Dx

So i drink anything BUT water.
Or I wont drink a lot of water.

I am not afraid to swim in water though
because I basically have mostly self taught myself.
