That's good :D [squee]

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:29 AM

Though, it's getting late, and some people will probably hop off to bed soon.

Yeah. I did colorguard in high school. I've stubbed my toes and bruised pretty well everywhere (but particularly knees, hands, and head), but it's not really the kind of 'sport' you break bones in. (Though people came pretty close.)

I know exactly tha mix youre describing and I think it'll be super gorgeous on you ck! I use a brand called splat that works really well and is simple to use. It comes with a color stripper that turns your hair a platinum pale blonde and then you add the color. After that its just a matter of washing it to your desired paleness. I usually do a cotton candy pink streaked with pale blonde but ive also left tha mixture on longer and it turned out a really bright hot pink that was cool... I'm in the process of adding more pics here :p

Hiya gwena and nami! :D

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:31 AM

Yeah, I had friends who were on color guard. I figured it was a physically demanding thing, but not as physically demanding as cheerleading. :P

It's just his luck that he'd be lactose intolerant, CK.

Hi, Nami! :3

AliciaNwonderland 10-30-2014 04:33 AM

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:34 AM

Getting myself to do laundry is really hard. :3

Nami 10-30-2014 04:34 AM

Hey! *Waves* This place is looking pretty busy. What's all going on?

liquidrage 10-30-2014 04:34 AM

@CK Yeah, not going to deny that :3 Though my trust issues are well founded -nods- so everyone who knows me is fairly understandable about the situation. Thankfully my girlfriend puts up with it.

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:36 AM

We're talking about my unfortunate boyfriend, Nami. :P

Ooh - thanks for the brand recommendation! I'm always leery of hair products because they can look great, but be awful buys in the end. I'm going to see if Amazon has it. My local area is a college town, but a small college town, so we don't tend to get much in the way of snazzy hair color stuff. xD

I'd love to see photos if you have 'em. :3

Yeah. I mean, we were a combination colorguard (flags, rifles, and sabres) and dance line (including ribbon dancing). So we were a bit more hardcore than the groups who only do flags (not that there's anything wrong with that, you can get great arms from just flags and marching in general can wear you out).

Our cheerleaders miiight have done less, honestly. I don't think they did anything more intense than lifts. Maybe a three person pyramid. But that's about as much as they did. That's why one of our members migrated over from the cheerleaders - we did flashier stuff. xD

Hello Nami. :3

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:39 AM

Our color guard only did flags. :P I'm pretty sure our cheerleading squad was pretty uninvolved, I never actually go into action to watch them perform.

xD Yeah, it's always good when those closest to you understand your quirks. Makes things easier on both parties when you know how to take it. :D

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:41 AM

On an unrelated note, I have hit 100 tater! MAXIMUM TATER ACTIVATED.

Amane 10-30-2014 04:41 AM

Well, isn't this thread moving nicely!

Nephila 10-30-2014 04:42 AM

My pages aren't loading fast enough for me. :(
Must post more.

Nami 10-30-2014 04:43 AM

*Smiles and waves at GwenaHikari and CK*

I'm sorry to hear that about your boyfriend, Elirona. That is a shame.

Amane 10-30-2014 04:44 AM

I have to slave over homework tomorrow, so I can't enjoy the nice posting speed. :<

Elirona 10-30-2014 04:44 AM

Eat the pages, neph! [eager]

@Nami: My boyfriend is just very accident prone. I still love him despite his excellent ability to hurt himself accidentally.

liquidrage 10-30-2014 04:46 AM

@CK Yeah, but that's not to say it isn't occasionally a problem xD But I've been surrounded by strange people with strange habits my whole life, so I tend to be more understandable even though I'm less trusting. It's a very strange thing to try and explain. xD

Amane 10-30-2014 04:48 AM

Elirona, still eating everything.
