It's funny how our minds play tricks on us. I didn't remember the old teen titans looking as angular and miss proportioned as it does to me now.

Nephila 11-04-2014 02:56 AM

yeah I'm like that but when it comes to the voice acting. When your little She-ras friends all sound fine but growing up your like...WTF IS THAT VOICE!

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 03:20 AM

LOL, that is another thing that can throw you off sometimes with those old shows.

Amane 11-04-2014 03:34 AM

*confuses sound in a song for ear ringing*

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 03:35 AM

Say what?

Amane 11-04-2014 03:36 AM

It was dubstep. [XD] Lots of electronic/techno-ness~

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 03:38 AM

Oooh, that makes sense.

Amane 11-04-2014 03:42 AM

I like that genre. It gives me pretty mental images. *o* And sometimes a burst of energy I really don't need!

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 03:50 AM

Yeah, I try not to listen to really upbeat music late at night when it's almost time for bed for that reason.

Amane 11-04-2014 03:54 AM

Those songs that you can sleep to are wonderful.

Kalium 11-04-2014 08:26 AM

Well, there's a time and place for every genre of music. I even listen to heavy metal when it fits my mood.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 12:23 PM

I have a playlist of quiet music that I play sometimes when I can't sleep...

Kalium 11-04-2014 01:07 PM

I can't sleep in anything but complete silence. I have a CD of sleep relaxation music, however, and I've fallen asleep to it at least once.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 01:21 PM

I used to need silence but now I need controlled noise. There is no silence when you're living in the city so I put a fan by my bed to drown out the sound of traffic.

Kalium 11-04-2014 02:09 PM

A fan? Interesting. I've never heard of anybody else doing that.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 02:17 PM

It's a pretty coming thing actually. If you read fan reviews on Amazon you will see a lot of people taking about it.

Kalium 11-04-2014 02:19 PM

Maybe I really should have a look at those. I'm not a registered member of Amazon, I seldom visit that site.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 02:52 PM

Ah, yeah. I used to use it more often than I do now.

Amane 11-04-2014 07:29 PM

I can't get into rock. I just can't. I want to get into J-rock but can't stay interested.
Also, I don't like country.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 07:32 PM

I don't really stick to a particular genre...

Amane 11-04-2014 07:36 PM

I don't, but those two are noteworthy as ones I consistently don't like.

Kalium 11-04-2014 07:42 PM

I like some forms of Rock, but I could never get used to country. However, I'm on a Eurobeat roll right now.

Amane 11-04-2014 07:46 PM

Eurobeat is my childhood.

zigbigadorlube 11-04-2014 07:48 PM

When I was a kid all my parents listened to was country music. There are only a few songs that I like now though...

Amane 11-04-2014 07:50 PM

Terrifying. I know a lot of 60s and 70s songs because of my parents.
