true, with some facts it's okay, but it can really damage the skin, with excessive bathing.
natural oils can be good for the skin. your body has it's own way of cleaning itself.

I only shower once a day. I don't easily sweat.

I don't wash often because it takes time to dry my hair.

My hair is fairly short so it doesn't take too long for it to dry out naturally. I can't stand the feeling of oily hair.

When I was much younger, my mum keep telling me that air drying take too long and the moisture content would make mold grows! O__O

Not sure. and It feels different. air dry and blow dry.
If air dry, I still feel the inner hair is somehow sticky.

I hate blow dryers with a passion so I never use them if I can.
