Still, I'm feeling a bit bummed because I forgot about this. I was online reading a fic for over 10 hours and I never even thought about checking in on Mene during that time.

Events usually come when I'm crazy busy and can't get on - like right now... More just running through before going back to try to keep my daughter happy, while finishing up party prep! (For next weekend)

Yeah, I should be working on a presentation too, but ah well. Still need to install Photoshop and my drawing tablet onto this laptop I'm using so I can enter the drawing contests for the event, if I can manage to squeeze in the time to draw something...

Oh, I go through phases with fic reading. It depends on what thing I get really into.

Yeah. Most of the time the fics I'm waiting on just hasn't been updated yet, but sometimes I find a new fic that I get into and then I just spend hours and hours reading it through. [sweat]

@Wren: Yeah, they drive me crazy too. But some of them are just so well-written I just keep reading the unfinished bits over and over while hoping the author would eventually get back to it someday.

Same...though I love it when the author surprises me with updates. Like one that hasn't been updated in over two years, and then one day I get onto the website and find that she'd uploaded four new chapters overnight.
