Anyway, my story is about a young woman trying to figure out why a fire started on her watch, and who started it. All of this in a fantasy setting of course.

i've been trying to catch up on things i've missed doing. household chores. cooking. had to go to feast tonight (religious thing every 19 days) and i needed an art fix because i was feeling out of practice.

and nah. my entire household has been sick. and we're all just recovering so we're wwaaaaaay behind on housework. plus we need to get storm windows down. yadayada.

Mmmm - long just in a tiring way. [yes] And a noisey over stimulating way. At least I remembered to eat and I did better on my Deaf 407 exam than I thought I did.

Now to find the energy to do the homework for tomorrow. I'm still pretty drained from Sunday. It'll take me probably about a week to totally get back to normal - it doesn't help I have to go out and be over stimulated on campus these three days right after a day of insane over stimulation. [yes] That's not helping much. I can't wait till Thursday, I can hide out in my room for most of the day.

Kat: When I get overstimulated and need time to myself to decompress, yes, I do shut myself away in my room. Which works only because I don't have a roommate right now. When I get a roommate this coming semester... I'm going to have to figure out another quiet place to go.

Papi: That's good. Have you found the desire to write today?

I think roommates are an awful invention. Housemates is great, but sharing one room is an atrocity.
