Getting it down on paper and make things fit together in my novel. It's only first draft. This was expected

Do you have a plan? I find that having a sketch of what order I want things to happen in, and what I want to happen really helps with fitting things together for me.

Ah, I have an odd style of writing so typically I end up with hundreds of pages and then omit and alter what's needed until only about twenty are left. xD I essentially just write aimlessly then fit it together and throw away anything that doesn't work. Even then, I have to read through it and fix it a bunch of times before I consider it acceptable.

I rarely ever plan. I just write it as it comes. Somehow planning doesn't work for me, but writing a sequence of events sounds like it may help.

I rarely plan either.

I ended up at the kindle book store looking for new books...a common thing when i've just got paid, it's bad though, because i never have time to read them all.

I must buy about 10 books every month and it's lucky if i read 2!

hah yeah cloud, that is one reason i wanted to go to london this weekend, its a 4 hour coach journey each way....to do nothing but READ!

thing is, im so bad with distractions, and procrastinating, as i think you are too, i start to read then drift off to do something else, even if i'm really in to it, yet if i'm on a coach, or a train, or somewhere without wifi or tv, it's kinda the only thing left to do, so i can read for HOOOOOOOOOOURS.

If you like Dwarves look for Markus Heitz, they're translated from German and are pretty good cause you dont usually see the Dwarf side of fantasy books except an odd character or two like in Lord of the Rings, yay for hobbit going in to more detail xD

It follows a young Dwarf brought up by humans, but he soon joins the other Dwarves in an adventure to forge a magical hammer than is supposed to defeat an evil warlord, its pretty dark, contains some cool magic and their enemies are dark elves called Alfar...sooo coool.

The Dwarves that help the youngster learn the Dwarven ways are hilarious brothers too xD
