My bad interaction with food was I ate two chicken nuggets and a grape and I ate them too fast. Well this caused food to get stuck in my esophagus and it got backed up and when that happens the only way to get rid of it is to basically throw it up. Not a very pleasant feeling. It's extremely painful and feels NOTHING like what throwing up does.
Haven't had any issues with food before today. Going to lay off solid foods for a few days and give my stomach and esophagus a chance to relax.

As for the power point presentations, go for light colored backgrounds with black font, nothing less then a 18 point font, preferably larger. Don't use light colored fonts on dark backgrounds, they are hard to read.
