I was in Jersey for a few minutes when I was flying home from Maine in September.

I'm excited because my parents are coming to town on the 20th of this month. Haven't seen them since July. Kind of sad that a 30 year gets excited about seeing her parents.

Well, if you've had a close relationship with your parents, I can understand why.

It's not sad, I think rather the opposite. It's sad if at 30 you have bad relationships with parents and don't want to see them or the other way around.

I dunno, everyone in my family has a really bad relationship with my dad.

I am super close to my parents. I really need to deep clean my apartment. Gotten kind of lazy and things have stacked up. Ugh.

It's so nice outside right now. It's in the low 70's, possibly upper 60s and sitting outside with the laptop is bomb! Plus I am being bad and having a cigarette. Terrible, I know.

It's okay, Queenie. :) As long as you try to not indulge in it every day.

Some of my friend's parents are like that. I love my parents for the simple fact that they are pretty chill. The only one in our family that we have an issue with is the younger sister. She's a bit different for a lack of an explanation.
