Yeah, if it's for repeat offenders, then I can see using the breathalyzer to start your car. However, if it's a one time offense, people should be cut some slack. :/ I think it's more the cops want to assume the worst about someone.

They are REALLY bothersome. And as selfish as it sounds, it bothers me when I'm in the passenger seat and she always has to pull over and blow into that stupid thing.

Other than that, she totally deserves it. Any inconvenience and job lost was totally deserved. She crashed into someone's house and almost killed people. I have NO sympathy for her downfall.

EDIT: She had 2 DUIs in the course of 11 months.

Well that's a completely different situation than my friends. xD we were playing ingress and stopped at a portal and a security guard nearby called the cops. She happened to have been drinking earlier that night.

I don't have much love if they have more than one. Or if they nearly killed someone. :/
