Doe, hind, cow is a female. Males are stag, hart, buck, bull. A castrated male is a havier. Young are calf, fawn. A group is a gerd but the plural is cervidae. Meat from it is venison.

Well most animals have a separate name for the castrated. Humans have like 20 names for the dinkleless and even a few for people with vagies.
