I wouldn't take someone's full name, unless I were writing historical fiction. I would just get ideas of first and last names to mix-and-match later.

Dystopia 11-03-2014 01:45 AM

Sounds good.

Liztress 11-03-2014 02:16 AM

I like seeing what names seem more popular in the area/time period. Sometimes, there can be some really lovely or wacky names.

Maha-Aamir 11-03-2014 02:39 AM

i have 3 taters...
want 97 more...

Antagonist 11-03-2014 03:12 AM

1271 taters...must resist urge to splurge until at least 1300 taters...

Captain Howdy 11-03-2014 03:13 AM

Damn Ant, you runnin' a tater farm?!

Antagonist 11-03-2014 03:16 AM

lol Nah, I'm guessing Hummy would have several thousand taters by now. [lol]

I've been posting a lot for the past couple of days, probably a bit too much. [sweat] But I won't be online much today and tomorrow due to classes and schoolwork so I guess it evens things out. [sweat]

Captain Howdy 11-03-2014 03:20 AM

I have a hundred taters.

I've named them all... after 19th century French prostitutes.

Antagonist 11-03-2014 03:21 AM

Wow, you know a lot of French prostitutes. [:O]

Captain Howdy 11-03-2014 03:22 AM

Well I had to learn how to apply my makeup somehow.

Amane 11-03-2014 03:24 AM

The "getting names from the graveyard" thing is brilliant, but it would feel weird. [XD]

For a second, I thought you decided that that was what you were calling your currency instead of taters…

Antagonist 11-03-2014 03:25 AM

We could have tombstones as our currency for next year's Halloween!

@Howdy: Not learning them from the posh ladies instead? :c

Suona 11-03-2014 04:17 AM

Holy mackerel
Oh, to have so much free time [gonk]

HamletSpamlet 11-03-2014 04:54 AM

A lot of new faces visiting my tomb today, welcome to the party [boogie] I've been feeling strange all day because of daylight savings. It's only an hour, but it's throwing me off so much.

Antagonist 11-03-2014 05:10 AM

I'm glad we don't have daylight saving time. [sweat] It's always hell trying to readjust to getting up one hour earlier.

HamletSpamlet 11-03-2014 05:16 AM

This time we actually gained an hour, but I got up at the same time anyway. So today seems to just keep dragging on. x_x

Maha-Aamir 11-03-2014 05:19 AM

46 taters...
i want to make a quick 100 today...

Antagonist 11-03-2014 05:20 AM

Shouldn't be too hard, just post like crazy and remember to do Chance for a couple of hours and that should do the trick. :)

I enjoy the extra hour of sleeping during daylight saving time, but when it's time to go back an hour, it's hell. >___>;

Chexala 11-03-2014 05:23 AM

Daylight savings is so pointless. I wish we would just get rid of it entirely.

Antagonist 11-03-2014 05:24 AM

I've heard that there's been talks about getting rid of it, but it's not coming for some time yet. [sweat]

Maha-Aamir 11-03-2014 05:26 AM

Daylight savings??? what is that?

Antagonist 11-03-2014 05:27 AM

Something only the United States have, I think. Going forward and then back an hour. [sweat]

Maha-Aamir 11-03-2014 05:29 AM

huh? i am seriously confused???
how does this time travel take place exactly???

Suona 11-03-2014 05:32 AM

It's setting the clock forward and hour or backward an hour depending on the season. Fall sets it back and Spring sets it forward.
I've been told that it's meant to help the farmers, so I not sure that they'll get rid of it.

Maha-Aamir 11-03-2014 05:34 AM

hehehe that is weird...
maybe it does help... who knows [:)]
