Meave, it's just a term I'd call her because she used to ping me 2-3 times a day. As for the job, basically I monitor them, and document what they do, otherwise assisting them with what they are shown as needing assistance with. |
The event really is in bad timing. This thursday I would be having a long trip site visit. x.x which would drain my energy more... x.x for this event.

Basically to lecture the people who aren't doing their jobs right...
Like speaking african in an english speaking site (50% of our staff are from Africa in the last few years). Not blabbing on your phone all shift. Not sleeping during your shift. Typical issues we have. [lol] |

At least you can live off of it. My job doesn't pay nearly enough to live off of. I get paid the equivalent of someone who flips burgers.

Not sure what happened to the salary level now. It is very hard for new graduates to survive.

Here, graduates go to flip hamburgers. Our job market here is starting to collapse and the homeless rate I'm told is getting very high.

Hourly wage is too low. I don't know how they expect people to get along with that kind of pay. Hubby has been at walmart eight years and just now got up to 12 dollars an hour.

I did research and I would actually need a 50% increase in my income to get a place to live.
