'peeks into thread' star walked a mile today, she wasn't breathing hard when she got back to the car, she wasn't in agony in a 'need to sit down now' way.. she was just breathing slightly heavier but not fast. which is great, and her back only ached, it didn't hurt. 'does happy dance' GO PROGRESS

Congrats, Star! I need to get back into my zumba routine.. >_<

I must disagree because from personal experience I know how bad it can be if you just bottle everything inside :Dd unfortunately I usually say and do completely different things ;____;
