She isn't dumping the bowl over. She uses her paws to scoop it out.. A little at a time, but she doesn't stop until it's all gone.

Some kitties are just weird like that. The one we had used to do that, until I bought a bowl with a water bottle feeder on it and he stopped dumping it over.

She is a very odd...cat. Well she isn't an adult yet, but not a small kitten either. She's in that teenage stage, so she is very energetic, curious, and playful. I could try the lick it bottle thing, but I'd have to rig it up somewhere. XD
