There's one thing I love about events -that I've seen so far- on this site. I hardly ever see it on Gaia -- they're all SUPER greedy. (Not that I'm not greedy or anything, but I wouldn't do what they do. I find that somewhat ironic because a lot of us ARE Gaians.
xD Yeah. It's just nice being able to get to be apart of an event without everybody competeing on how many items you can get or how fast you can get them.
But I've already seem people being very negative about the event...

Just like some Gaians, no matter what the admins do some people can not be satisfied.
I haven't, yet. I haven't been around that much today either.

Although some may find it irritating that they can't get the items in the time frame they want, which is understandable especially if they're going to be gone, but it's not worth get completely upset about. Meh.

Does anyone know if all the St. Patty day stuff is only for this event or only the special shops items? Everything else is gonna be there forever?

I sit on the fence with regard to optimisim and pessimism in events. I've been on a whole bunch of pixel sites, and I have to say people were more satisfied with event shops when they made the items cheaper, so, saying that having expensive items is unsatisfying is a fair comment.

That's not to say I don't think the admins aren't putting effort into the event, that's not to say the items aren't well pixelled, and that's not to say I'm not grateful for any other number of things related to the site.

It's just saying that with a small tweak, there could be even more satisfaction. I think that's a fair comment.
