@DJ: Did she show the dean her syllabus where it clearly stated that it was allowed? :\ I hate it when schools do that, like we should just sit/stand there waiting for an hour for someone who couldn't be bothered with showing up on time. Unless the teacher had a good reason (accident on the way, emergency that needed to be taken cared of at home, etc), there's no excuse for showing up an hour late. (students showing up late the same)
