Oh, your hair sounds beautiful though! I've cut mine for trims, and then two major cuts in the last 7 or so years, the last one was 10 1/2 inches to donate to Locks of Love (about 15 months ago or so). ^_^ But I'm re-growing it back out again.

she probably is, its just hard for parents to understand their children sometimes. you have to understand, she may see you as the person you were when you were a toddler. people change as they grow up and that can be hard to understand for parents. they also have an idea in their head of who they want you to be and subconsciously or consciously push their children towards that image. they do it because they love you and want you to be the best you can be at all times. but sometimes that can be pushy and lack the understanding that a child needs.

i really have been through this and have talked to lots and lots of councilors. no parent is perfect and they all try to be, but there are things that people just cant get past sometimes.

see you need to be just as understanding as you need them to be with you. its hard to do though. specially when you have to start it or be the grown up in the relationship. but its worth it.

I've never had my hair cut in Glasgow. It only ever gets cut if someone drags me to a hairdresser when I'm home.

Which I do totally get. I just am tired of her acting like I'm supposed to be someone that I'm not because that's what she expects of me, but it's not something that I'm comfortable with. If that makes sense. I am trying to be the bigger person, but when she repeatedly does what she says she won't do... I start to get a bit short fused. And long posts are ok. They don't bother me.

Thank you! =] I swear sometimes it has a mind of it's own. *laughs* It is very good at being annoying - so I usually always have it back in a pony tail and out of my face. :P

I have no clue, my hair is just crazy and it used to be really curly, like Shirley Temple curly. Now it is just crazy. My hair tangles really easily and it sucks when my fiancé wants to play with my hair and it is just in knots

Hello, Nemo ^^

I wish I had curly hair then I'd be tempted to grow it out or dread it. I have plain straight hair though.

@Nemo: It can look pretty. It reminds me of Cleopatra. From a distance it looks like thick braids, but it's not! It's so painful to straighten, though. D:

My hair is curlier when it's shorter but at this length it's just wavy.
