shoot, it doesn't really matter which event started first or runs the longest, because:

a.) the items here are nicer, but ...
b.) the items there are free and I finished getting them all already on Gaia.

In most ways, they're free here aswell, if you work for them.
You atleast get one event item if you just draw a picture for the art contest.

We managed to think up these ideas for members to at least try to get them free, since we didn't have all that time to plan an event, so we thought up some.

well, anyway, I had gotten a phone call from an ex-boyfriend this morning while I was in a meeting about going to the movies, then he called back shortly after about taking our friend with us ... both were on my voice mail. He said he'd call me to talk more about it when he got off work at 4pm ... it's now 5:30 and not a peep out of him ... I think he chickened out ... oh well, that just means I'll be here all night with you guys!!! :D
