That's a good point, Akasha. But I think it'd be difficult to please everyone--not only based on lurkers and participants. Someone will usually find something they do not like or approve of.

Eh, I just thought some of their arguments could have used a better structure. >o>; Either way, I'll stay out of that section. xP

@man - Ah, that's okay. *pats back* My brother is the black sheep of the family. I can't really say he looks like my dad, and I can't really say he looks like my mom. I think my brother needs a pair of glasses. He no look like anyone in the family. O.o
He has his own individual look? :0 Or maybe he has features of someone else in your family? :3

@Akasha- Ooh, Dennys! *o* But cream of wheat is yummy, too. I guess whatever you're in the mood for?
I'm still trying to figure that part out. o.o As far as glasses goes, he's the only one in the entire family (extend to cousins, aunties, uncles and grandparents too) who doesn't wear glasses. (Well he does just he doesn't really need them. And then he lost them. >>) I think the height maybe the only thing he got that is the same as my dad.

well, there are businesses out there that will train a service animal for you, some of them can charge up to $10,000 or more for a fully trained dog. Others, like Paws for the Cause will donate to you a fully trained dog, but you must first meet their criteria and if they have a dog that can fill your needs or if you need to wait, there are list services that talk to you each day with training tips and support, books, videos, dog trainers that can help ... or, you can make a go of it yourself.

I have been raised around dogs and training them. I'm like a girl-Cesar Millan. I had to train Charlie myself, there weren't many other choices at the time, plus, I knew we could do it together.

Is it just me, but I was never found of the super dark skin tone. I don't know, just reminds me of black face of the days of old because of how dark it is. It looks especially horrible to me when I see it with the wide eyes and the red lips. But I think this is just me. I'm not saying this offend anyone!
To be honest, I was surprised on how dark the skin tone was. o3o But it's okay, no real comment from me. Just wanted to try out something new for my avi.

exactly ... which is why I tried to leave my feedback to how much I enjoyed it and what I thought ... except for my comment about the lurker thing ... there is no work ethic in that ... on a site meant to be a literate site, one should know they won't get very far lurking. It's just a fact. And Menewsha really doesn't owe anybody anything. They are running this for us, it's a business in a way, we are the customers and you can't expect to go to Starbucks and have them give you coffee just because you show up everyday and sit in their lobby.

Wow, I didn't know that. (I'm learning alot tonight). 10,000 dollars?! @.@ Well I suppose this is another thing our country could improve on. *mutters* Yeah, probably training Charlie yourself would have been the best. And this way you can train him to fit exactly your needs where as a pre-train dog wouldn't be trained to fit all your needs all the time. You're childhood has been a great advantage to ya!

Stile- night! Don't worry about it too much!

Akasha - go dennys and order take out. Oh wait... does Denny's have takeout?

I think that it is darker and lacking a certain skin tone quality about it. it seems more uniform one colour rather than the varying shades of all the rest of the skin tones, so it just looks super off to me.

I think gaia, and even though i hate the avi's there, and magivole have pulled off the best of the super dark skin tones, but I think they have them looking more like skin.

It is just a certain under colour that is lacking. So it bugs me and makes me think of Ministrel Shows.

I am going to stay out of the feedback section. I swear every time I try to debate something I either make things worse, or I back out because I get stressed. The event was good, could have been better yes but with the size of this community, you can't expect miracles. If they want an event where they can lurker, then they should head to gaia. All you have do it click buttons and boom! you get the item.

And... I'm rambling about this when I shouldn't >.< I never learn.

oh, denny's does take out orders, but that still means leaving the house, getting clothes on, shoes, getting out my wamr jacket, finding a scarf and walking about 15-20 minutes, there waiting about 5-10 minutes to get foods, and then walk all the way home again to eat the now cold food.

If I'm going to go there, I might as well just sit and eat. And what I'm thinking of doing is just waiting til 3am and seeing if a friend wants to meet me there after she is done working.

i don't get what's so wrong with the posts in the feedback forum...

personally i see nothing wrong with anything in there. of course i'm rather blunt and openly critical about how Gaia runs things as well. i could say a lot of bad things (and actually i often do) that i don't like how the admins on Gaia do a lot of things.

i think if menewsha didn't want critiques or negative feedback, then they wouldn't make a feedback forum.

yes, and a bought dog ... there is no guarantee there would be the sort of bond there that a dog and human need to make a successful team. Charlie loved me and I him from the second he came out of his mama and he has spent every moment since trying to do whatever I asked him to. That was so lucky. A lot of dogs wash out and aren't able to make good service dogs because they don't have that drive, but still end up making wonderful pets for somebody.

It's a tough field with high burn-out rates and wash-outs left and right. But so far Charlie has made it and done really well and he's not even 3 yeras old yet! So we have high hopes.

I'm satisfied with my comment in the feedback forum ... I'm just wondering how much those trolls will tear it apart tomorrow ...

ugh, it's 2am and I have to go to job search in about 7 hours ... g'night everyone!! (((HUGZ! & KISSEZ!!!)))

Akasha- xD Sounds like a great idea then. xD

Elie - Nothing is wrong with the feedback forum or the post in there. I just ... get really personal sometimes. And then everything turns into a heated argument and people start yelling and gah! >.< It's too much for me to handle. That's why I try and stay out of places like the feedback forum. It probably causes less stress on everyone. I voice my opinions about stuff like gaia and menewsha, but usually only to my friends. I much rather go with the flow instead of creating a dam.

well, i do not mean serious break a leg. It was just a theatre surperstition that you would bring someone's performance bad luck and they would fail if you told them "GoodLuck" and so and I do not know how, but it became "Break a leg" instead.

yeah. if you raise him from birth, then you two probably have a strong bond. *nods* Hehe, that's great, I hope charlie lives long.

Eeps... they'll probably tear it apart and stomp all over it. Or it might still be intact tomorrow.

Oyasumi! sweet dreams! xD And good luck with your job search!

Yes, everyone has a right to their own opinion--even if it is insufficiently displayed--but I just know a user will manipulate that opinion and it will just turn into trouble. :/ Obviously the Menewsha staff do want feedback. But there's a difference when a user just keeps picking on someone, even though said member has already admitted that it was their "fault" for said occurrence. Personally, I just do not want to get involved in any arguments in Menewsha. I'll leave that to the rest.

ANYWAY. :0 I'm getting sleepy, but the night is still young.

All depends on what I'm argueing about.
but yeah, i can be total fun. just depending on what it is. I usually go to the debate forums when I feel like argueing.

arguing cause me too much stress. xD a friendly debate is okay, but in stuff like a feedback forum can get really nasty. *dies*
