I love inari. It's great. I can eat it all the time. ;D
I've only had Shabu Shabu once, though there's this Shabu Shabu place in Little Tokyo that I want to try. I love making sukiyaki with my mom, it's so nice on a cold day. There's lots of great japanese food places in Little Toyko in Los Angeles. This is making me hungry. I need to make myself age udon now.

Ooohh.. Japanese food talk.
n___n; I had some yummy things while I was in Tokyo. My friend ordered for me. I have no idea what it was that I was eating. =O Chicken, I think, maybe pork. Not red meat, I don't eat red meat.
Lots of veggies and rice. And noodles, I had noodles.
But we only ate Japanese once while there. xD Every other time we were in too much hurry.

I have yet to go to Japan, though my cousin and his wife told me that they'll take me. Good thing I'll have some people that speak Japanese with me. xP I only understand it, not speak it.
I've always wanted to try Kobe beef. Sounds so good. You should really find out what you ate. :D
Noodles are so good.

xD I dare not try it at my workplace. Too many people moving around and gets a little suspicions every time I stop typing (like when I'm reading everyone's post). So yeah I don't try it at work. But I only work a few hours so it doesn't matter.
Plus the internet is really bad at work.
|
I have an office so it's not to bad. If I ever get moved out into 'cube land' I won't be able to get online as much. T__T
I love japanese food! Veggie tempura is delicious! And edaname (sp?) and unagi, Mmmm mmm <3

I like edamame, though I don't order it at american-japanese resturants. It costs too much. xP If they're free I'll eat it. I'd rather buy it in bulk and make it at home.

I so wanna go to Japan. My mom promised we would in about two years... I hope.
Anything with noodles is usually great. xD
I'm still learning about my japanese food and how to make them, but I know most of the basics. (making sushi rice, frying tempura) it's a huge big deal every new years and christmas. xD
I don't have udon, sadly. But pasta I do, so the water is boiling. xD

Yeah. my workplace is so small, I can't afford to go on the internet. >>
At least you have an office. I really should start looking for a better job. I love my job, but it gives me way too much stress and for all the drama and sh** I have to put up with, even mother agrees I'm getting underpaid. >> And this is just a causal part time job with mim. wage.

It's a huge deal during the news years and christmas time for me and my family. Making sushi rice is easy. xP I have yet to fry tempura, I get scared of hot oil.
Every time New Years and Christmas comes around we have tekamaki. :D And lots of Japanese food. Mainly fish. xD

Well I don't fry the tempura, my dad or uncle does. I just help prepare it. I'm a bit of a klutz in the kitchen. My family has to be extra careful. xD I learned to rolled sushi too.
I don't know even know the names to have to half of the dishes we make and eat on News Years and Christmas. xD
