Yeah - but my friends are all used to it, because I Do it all the time. I sign while I Talk too most of the time. And I'm going to that Deaf Run restaurant in San Fran tomorrow! CAN'T WAIT!! :D

I am not sure in that episode if they did that, but there is a ton of signing in that episode, and it's really a hallmark because that was the first all signing tv episode ever!

Oh, I agree and I know. I follow pages on Facebook that were posting all about it. I love that it's making hearing people really see that Deaf isn't something that means that they're disabled. They're regular just like all of us! Something that I already know but from what I've found out - and from what I've gotten from my Deaf friends, that it seems like most of the hearing population sees them as being disabled when they're not.

I honestly just see it as another culture, I do find it interesting that they show on the episodes if given the choice none of them would choose to become hearing

Have any of you seen any of the videos on youtube posted by txbrown5 with their two boys who're deaf and hard of hearing - one is deaf and one is hard of hearing. Omg, they're so freaking adorable, and I love watching the videos that they post! ^_^ I also follow their blog! ^_^ The mom is hearing, dad is deaf, they have three biological kids who're hearing, and then they adopted two boys from China, one is hard of hearing and one is deaf. :)
