That calander was made way before daylight savings time....but then again some parts of the world don't recognize the turning back, or forward of hte clocks at a certain time of year,
Also Leap Years. Leap years were made to add to the time that we were loosing every year...so if that is the case then shouldn't the world have ended quite some time ago? O-o

I would have to agree wholeheartedly.

Maybe that's what The Doctor did. Some sort of timey-wimey fiddling with how time itself was interpreted...
