I like the hood/capeish part but I'm not too fond of the actual mask. :3 You?

You need 24 candies to see the fourth clue/NPC.

It seems to be glitchy sometimes. o3o;; Just keep going to the spot and it should show up eventually. <3 Unless you're going to the wrong place of course. xD;;

    I actually like the mask more than the cape. But I also wish we had a similar cape with a hood like that without the mask. :]

No I didn't mean that, I meant that it didn't tell me I had the clue. I got it right after I saw the clue but it never said I had the clue that's why I was confused

Ljos; The mask looks cool but I don't think i'll use it. xD They should've made two separate items of it, like had the mask as the item today and the hood sold in the event store. ^-^ <3
