Maybe they still are?
This happened a couple days ago too.

I keep missing the candy that pops up cause I refresh too fast. :o

I hope that wont be happening all the time.. it has happened a few times before :s

I think the new server is to hold all the new users and not make it mecha lag.
Because of the rush of new people who joined,
They needed a new server.
