And, I, too, wish I could be there fir my friends who are having problems. Take them at least partially on my shoulders. Especially because some of them have been there for me so very much. If not them. Well, i dont know where I would be right now. And they keep pulling me out of dumps I ocasionally fall into.

it is a lot to deal with and even so it still sounds like even in real life you do whatever you can for your friends over all through your story it sounds like the people you care about and worry about the most are your friends and family. and to go through everything that you have you are truly a strong person. just try to keep your head up some day things will get better.

Sil - Don't you...I mean doesn't it occur to you..I mean...Gawd I don't know how to say it....Well, don't you see how amazing it makes you to stick through all that? To still be there for your friends through all that? A lot of people would have given in or checked out etc....Obviously you aren't making it through without scars or BS like that but I mean....The fact that you are still here and still so caring is...well it's kind of remarkable...

Sellie, but only people with open, loving hearts can care for what you saw, most wouldnt even bother to see it all. It is both curse and blessing to be like that. because it is very hard to bear, but in the same time, there are people who will care for you dearly because of it. I do. I wish I could help you. And your friends. I have never gone trough such severe real-life friend problem experiences, because I simply dont have real life friends, but yeah. I can somewhat imagine how horrible it can feel.

You've had a rough life Sil. I've heard bits of it in the time I've spent in your thread. No one should be put through anything that you have, and you seem to be handling it better than most people could as well. That doesn't change the fact that you are a wonderful person. I don't see why it would. Just because you can't be here 24/7 doesn't mean you're not reliable. Anyone who says different would likely have an angry mob after them.

Jyz: At times I wonder why the hell I actually still AM standing. I mean, I feel like shit, physically, mentally, I am basically slowly killing myself by my lack of sleep and my caffeine and sugar addictions. I suffer from headaches every day. I suffer so much that the pain prevents me from sleeping, which then causes more problems which prevent me from sleeping until I simply crash.
Time after time, and I can't seem to break through the goddamn circle.

I know why I am still standing. For my parents. For my sister... and for those people at Menewsha I feel honored to call my friends.

i know how you feel saddie. i haven't really had any real close friends. i have some friends but not close ones i mean the closest friend i had well let's just say she told me she cared about me and that if i had gotten suicidal again to talk to her because she cares so much about me while she was sleeping with my husband behind my back. i had a few friends in high school but none of them knew what i was thinking or what i was going through i never had anyone to turn to. but even so i still want to make sure that i am there for others when they need me

*hugs Sellie* You are the one who is still fighting. For others. But you must realize that you must fight for your self, too, because doing it only for the others sometimes isnt enough. We are your friends because of who you are, not just what you give to us. Therefor, you should see your self worthy the fight for your self as well.
I know its hard to accept, after what you have been trough, I still dont believe it at times, but I try to.


Yes, Jo, all my friends are online friends... And, sadly, the further I go, the more I find out that only few of them are truly my friends. But I am thankful to my Internet world that I have these few friends, still. If only I could be there for them as much as they do for me.

I spend more time with my friends on here than my friends in real life. I loose touch with them often. Right now we are all busy with real life things. I have my twin and college online, they are going to different ground colleges and have jobs, so we do not really talk much.

half the time it feels like my friends online even care more about me then my family does. but i am always thankful to have you guys i just wish i had had you guys during highschool i think that was the time i needed friends the most

Silenia - People with that kind of mentality are few and far between. I am truly honored to know you. Please remember that you don't have to pull all the weight and that others will be more than happy if you let them aid you in any way. I don't know exactly what to do to make things better, so I can't recommend anything. I have not been through your path so I can't say I know what you have been through. I do know this - You make a huge impact on the people you interact with. I can easily and safely say (though it may sound extremely corny and you may think it is an exaggeration) that knowing you has changed my life. Thank you.
