Menewshan Simmer is having a contest- Build-a-Phoenix Jubilee! It's quite simple, really. Your goal is to build the Pheonix Jubilee event in Sims 1, 2 or 3, as either a Community or Residential lot. Of course, we do have a few ground rules.

1) One entry per person. You can make multiple lots, but you can only enter one for the contest.
2) Try to keep it original. Original as in, no ripping off other entries.

That looks like about it for rules. Once you have made your entry, please take a screen shot of it- or several, depending on how big it is- and PM the screenshot(s) to me along with the form below.

All custom items are made by someone that is NOT me. I have so much stuff downloaded...I honestly couldn't make a full list of places to credit. A small sampling would include Juniper Sun and Parsimonious as heavy contributors, but there are no doubt more.

Here's a nice little pond-for the gardeners!
A plaza for everyone to gather in.
Here's the deck. I know-not much there.
Although there's not much on the deck, there is a little radio for some music to dance to!
Here's directly below the deck. This is where the party is!
Here's a closeup of the fountain.
There are tables, chairs, and buffets. It's not a party without lots of food!
There's also a juice bar off to the side.
The lowest level of the ship is just for storage. But it looks a little spooky...

Before we get started, let's visit Horatio Montour in his office, where he controls the ship.
Welcome to the Viewing Gallery!

Agh, wine stains are IMPOSSIBLE to get out of clothing.
After drying off, she checked the cargo hold...but why does that wall look so strange?

..Is the Montour family hiding something? ...Or someone?
Sufficiently creeped out, Daria found Cherry, who was trying to get into the engine room.
Reflective metal, chrome, and glowing radioactive engine fuel? Are the Montours as 'steam-powered' as they claim?
Maybe it's just a random storage area for hazardous materials?
Anyways, onward to the fun contests and such! Let's begin with Cherry and Belly's Hangman and Trivia!
I wouldn't wanna be caught on that noose...
Maybe for all that swag, though~
