And my dog does that, she acts like she wants to pee and she just wants to play with the neighbors dog!

what did the accent sound like? I sometimes will do that. or also, I'll suddenly be like, "what the fark am I even TALKING about??"

well, it just makes me mad. he made such a big deal out of NEEDING to pee. it's reasons like this that I have a hard time believing him when he goes to the door and that is the number one leading cause of doggy accidents in the house.
