I don't talk about that stuff..Then again I don't really have much experience to talk about. I know plenty of people that do now that I'm in college. For example I have a friend who got dumped, and moved on in less than two weeks later. Then another friend who also broke up with their girlfriend cause she was cheating, then started dating someone less than a week later. I don't understand the concept of moving on so quickly. If I was the person they were with I would wonder if they really valued me as their girlfriend.

Its not history, its just things that are ingrained culture and biology. For the same reason, women have more active language centers, and connectivity from left and right brain hemispheres: while the men were out conquering, women were surviving by building hierarchies with language (better known as gossip).
