oh, I had some chicken and cheese taquetos and a glass of milk. if I don't eat food with my meds I get sick and I wasn't hungry to begin with.

I had pork chops, potatoes, and cabbage.

now THAT sounds like a complete meal. mine basically consisted of the carb (the shell), meat (the chicken), cheese and milk (the dairy), and red bell pepper (vegetable) ... I should have had fruit or something or more veggie ... but it's as good as it's going to get.

Well, I've been wanting cabbage.
I'll likely have some with my chicken nuggets at lunch tomorrow.

I should make some of my corn beef and cabbage ... or stuffed cabbage rolls soon ...

I had roast chicken and rice. Since there were no vegetables cooked I just ate an orange so I would not feel bad.

@crazy: I don't think I have ever had cabbage rolls before but I can imagine how it would taste like. ^^

I haven't had any in over 12 years.

basically it's burger meat and rice and mushrooms and spices and bell peppers and some onion stuffed inside a cabbage leaf then baked briefly with a tomato sauce.

I also need to make tuna balls someday soon ... that's tuna fish, onions, celery, all rolled around in cracker crumbs and deep fried.

anyway, I'm off to bed now. I love you all and will see you tomorrow!
