Can you operate two different accounts simultaneously? Like the mule and the main? Then I would be able to do it easily..

If you have two different browsers, you can. :)
I use Firefox as my main web browser. If I have to get on my mule at the same time, I get my mule on Safari.

you can't do them both together... unless maybe you had two different computers
