You can't trade them yet, as no event items are released yet (except for the professional EI's)
All you can do with them right now, is trade them for credits, which in return you can trade for commons of the event shop.

inuyasha, the event items haven't been released yet. Once they begin to release, you can trade them by clicking on the SProcket/Gasket HQ link in your toolbar.

@Winterwolfgoddess: They have gluten free bread for them but it's not the same. I once had rice crust of pizza and it wasn't my favorite.
