We have AC , but my dad always turns it off at night-drives me nuts.
I never could stand a warm room, lol. I drive everyone crazy, cause when they think it's fine, I think it's warm.

I'm ALWAYS cold, so having the AC running at night makes me not able to sleep. And of course the man is always hot so he wants it running all the time. If they have beds with variable hardnesses, they should have variable ACs that send the cold blowing at specific people. T_T I can't wait for the future!

Having the cold blown at different people? That's indeed a good idea. My mom and me are also always argueing at what ideal temperature our living room is supposed to be. Hand me a time machine, anyone? ^^

Yeah, I know what you mean, on the plus side though, I'm nocturnal at the moment, so at least when I'm sleeping the AC is on. I can't sleep well in a warm room. I think part of the problem is that the vent in my parents room blows right at the bed, so my dad shuts it off. That makes harder for me, cause the vent in my room is by my dresser.
Although right now my room is such a mess, I've actually been sleeping on the recliner in the living room.

We are in need of a new mattress and bed. The hubby thought this one was WONDERFUL but we're never well rested and we have a hard time waking up in the mornings. He's taken to pretty much spending every night on the couch, where he wakes up easier and doesn't snore as much. It's so BLAH. Finally convinced him that this is not a right state of affairs! His parents want to get us a queen for our "wedding"... I think this time I get to choose :D

I actually tend to prefer the recliner, but It may just be cause I'm use to it too.
