i dont really have preference. when i read a book and i like it im happy. it doesn't really bother me if they're evil, good, or they 'sparkle'

Kandii- Good vampires are fun, too. :drool: Those Vampire Academy books I mentioned have a good mix of both.

My cuz tried to get me into those but i can never find them in the local library. they are always checked out XP

They're definitely worth finding. I read them because I loved the author's Georgina Kincaid novels so much. XD A little smutty for my tastes, but I love the characters. Vampire Academy is less sech-shoo-el because it is for teens. :lol: Her main characters all kind of use the same voice in the three series she writes, but they're all good.

Also, Kandii, Max, if you guys like smex in books, the Georgina Kincaid novels are the way to go. First book is Succubus Blues. The characters are SO GREAT. <3 And there's a little bit of vampire going on in 'em. The vampires are doofuses named Cody and Peter, but still, they're there. :lol:

Mm, that sounds like a good series, and it's not even complete! :shock: I'll try to remember to look it up at some point, and see if I can't get my fingers on it. The whole series sounds intriguing, even if it's set in modern times, which is a rare thing for me to read, unless it captivates, like this series does. <3 Most of the time, I read historical romances, and the most recent one took me a while, because it had a lot of political intrigue in the royal courts, and scandals as well. XP

Well The Fever series by Katie Moning, is full of corruption, love, and lots and lots of dead bodies. I was kind of shocked i even got into it. I'm not into books revovling around death and killings and crazy demons/people after world domination.

I'm not a fan of hockey, basketball, or tennis, but to each their own. :) I like watching figure skating. One of my friends is super good, she practices like 25 hours a week and is going for the 2014 Olympics, so a large part of my interest is on her account!
...And I like dog sledding. Like, a lot.
