Me neither. She's extremely whiney, first of all. Her character flaw is that she's clumsy, but she's clumsy to the point that it's extremely unrealistic. Little things make no sense about her, like how she reads all that dense literature. That totally doesn't match the way she acts.
And I also hear she never ever changes, no matter what weird shit happens to her.

I think that the cast they chose sucked. Edward was horrible. Jaspar looked terrified the whole movie. And I wont even cover all the characters, because I think they were all pretty out there compared to what I thought they'd be like. Not to mention that they skipped around and if you hadn't read the books then it'd be rather confusing.

I didn't find the movie confusing at all. I just thought it was silly. There wasn't enough plot to get lost, even if it had been convoluted.

i mean, sometimes she's very slow in apprehending all that is happening around her, and seems to me she doesn't care much about the results of what she did.

And she look lost most of the time. to me is it.

Another thing I don't like is that she's really just, cheesy. It's never like a slow realization of growing intimacy. It's just like, she goes home one day and thinks "Oh fuck, I'M IN LOVE AND I'LL DIE WITHOUT HIM" and as the reader I was just like Whoa, back off.

Cause she's a whiny, selfish child who just wants her way with everything. :/

Yeah, when Edward leaves her to force her to grow old in her own world and not his, she falls apart and Jacob 'stitches' her back together. But in doing so, they grow really close.. and by the end of the third book, she finally admits that she loves him.

And if it weren't for vampires and shapeshifters and whatnot, she would have ended up with Jacob. That would have been the natural path her love life would have taken. :3

I agree Arikana. Even the first time they meet they get along better than she does with anyone else.
