@Cami- I hardly eat out for that reason, but I do learn alot of fun recipies. I am craving eggplant parm at the moment.

It can be hard finding good things to eat for vegetarians in most places here. Unless you're going somewhere that has a veggie menu to be mindful of everyone.

Only if it's super deep fried and crispy and covered with ranch and marinara sauce. Then it tastes oddly like a sweet onion ring covered in sauce xD

There is one good place around the corner from me. THey make a killer Eggplant PARM.

There's a place in Phoenix that I love going to that serves 100% vegan food. omg, its amazing. Its called Loving Hut! Anyone heard of it? I know they have it in other states as well, but I don't know how far they've expanded.
