I have built up a strategy.
1. Be a saboteur. There job isn't dependant on their own teams boat like the gardeners and engineers.
2. Collect as many spanners as you can.
3. Wait for a power hour.
4. When the power hour comes, click on the HQ thing on the menu bar. Then just flood your job like crazy.
5. Each Spanner becomes .5 seeds during power hour. Otherwise its .25
6. Enjoy the seeds
