I was up till like 2:30. I got offline at like 1 but then all of my friends decided to start texting me so I got back online
|
I don't text.
I have it turned off on my phone. |
But texting is such fun!
|
Costs too much.
We have the cheapest plan on our phone. We figure that's all we need. |
I could not live without texting. I hate talking on the phone because sometimes the person you are talking to speaks too quietly or you can't say what you want to say in public. If you text it it's totally different.
|
Guess I've never felt the need to stay connected that much.
|
Bare necessities are important to know in this day and age.
Its the bear necessities. The simple bear necessities. |
I've discovered that refreshing a page makes the toolbar reset. That could be where the mystery credit is coming from. You also get a bonus if your team is the most helpful during missions if I recall
|
I would rather talk to people on my phone than text, but texting is much more convenient and people usually respond to them faster than they will answer a phone call. Only reason I find them useful.
|
Meh. I know sprocket won missions 2-4 so thats where 15 credits came from. I don't know if we won 1. And we will probably win 5.
|
Bear necessities....reminds me of a song...
|
Oh, how I hate telephone calls. I prefer texting way better (:
|
|
Sprocket is kicking butt and yet Gasket was full up when I signed up for a team XD
|
My family has unlimited texting on all of us because it was cheaper to do it that way then have my sister text $300 extra.
Which she actually did one time. Plus it helps with the fact that there are four of us and we all share like 1000 minutes. And my sister uses 75% of that time. So I usually just text instead of talking. |
I guess I understand that, but I agree with Elvilla.
I would curl up in a corner and die without my texting. I'm often busy so I can't talk on the phone, or I'm not supposed to, or whatever. Texting is my sole communication with some people <.< |
Thanks Elvila (:
I have like 5k free text messages everytime I recharge my mobile credit. I tend do donate the mobile credit to this site and use only the text messages :D |
My brother and I share unlimited messaging as well. It was just cheaper to do it that way. It would have been 15 each for unlimited if we'd added it individually rather than 20 for the both of us.
|
Mobile credit?
What does that mean? I have a monthly mobile charge... |
I mean like this pay-in-advance cards for your mobile.
|
I am in a plan with my parents. My other sister is not included in the plan. Before the days of unlimited texting, she rang up a $1600 dollar texting bill. We don't trust her under the plan. She needed to learn her lesson.
Changing topic, what does everyone think of public humiliation? I am at my house right now and I am looking out the window and I see these two boys pulling weeds. I figure they are being helpful, but they are being punished. There is a sign infront of the vacant lot in which they are pulling weeds and it reads "We are potty mouths." Like who would do that to their kids? |
I agree with making kids to useful things as punishment, but I wouldn't advertise it like that.
Public humiliation is a form of abuse I think. |
Wow 1600 texting bill... that are a lot of messages :o
|
@jeann- I know. Kids should do things to work off a punishment but not public humiliation.
@Hime- Yeah. I don't even know how it happened. |
Europe does their plans differently than the US. It's mostly pre-paid and they have a credit system. Use up your credit and you have to buy more. No overages.
