I wish that would be a cake walk by comparisson. I am turning 26 in July and am a mom myself. But the one I adore is my age as well and he is sick. The doctor gave him 5 years max before he is gone. He coughs up blood all the time. And as for us being together We want to be but work, living arangments and all kinds of stuff are up in the air. He had a good job and he got sick from working there and he lost his job and found out he was dying. And I am on a lease where he cant live here. He is pretty much homeless and if my land lady finds him here I will be as well. He needs a home to get a job and a job to get a place. so its a vicious cycle that seems to not be going anywhere but around to the same place despite how hard we are trying. So life kind of sucks right now and I am trying to figure out how to break said cycle so we can move forward with what little time we have.

Oh Ivvy. I'm sorry to hear that. Isn't there any medical treatment he can get to let him live a long and prosperous life? |
Oh Ivvy. D: I am really sorry. >: *hugs* I wish I could help.
|
Hey there sadrain! How are you? It's been a long while. |
@Alaunt- It will be a great event.
Well that is a given since I'm running it. ^_- Great. @Ivvy- Your welcome. ^^ Now I just need to remember who I'm getting sets for. lol And I don't have anything else to do. Aw poor dear. I hope everything works out. Or at least isn't so bad. @Rainy- Yeah, because of the rule about having to have the planning thread for at least 3 months before the event. Our previous date didn't meet it. And even the new date doesn't meet it but they said it was ok. I hope you can still come. Aw thanks for the cheers. ^^ @Suona- Usually I don't want any of the event commons. This time I want them all. lol |
Nice. If you need any help, I can do so. |
There is one experimental one. But it has a 50/50 chance that he will die on the table or walk away fully cured. it has been done 3 times and only one patient survived the operation.
|
Oh man. That is quite the dilemma. Are you going to take the chance once there's a higher success rate? |
@ lilith - lol I tend to like a good amount of commons, but thats just because I make a lot of odd avis. ><;;
|
Hey Baranni. C: I am kinda sick, but otherwise fine. Thank yuo for asking. And you?
And somehow, I thought it got pushed back to June. Bah, I can be stupid sometimes. I shall try. C: And I am always here to cheer for you. C: |
Well, you make great avi's Suona. |
@ B.... well we arent sure its been that ratio for a while and well We dont know if they will get the rate up before its too late for him. Its fiber glass in his lungs cutting away at them. They would have to go in and make little holes with a machine and pick out every little piece and thats a lot of time on the table then they have to repair the lungs themselves. Its a pretty bad thing. I wish there was something we could do .

*huggles Ivvy and sighs*
|
Thanks Rainy... It really has me all kinds of sad and depressed. I am trying so hard to move forward and make our time special together.
|
Its job-ilness, cant you sue them for at least one time compensation? >:
|
Ivvy - Can't they do it in increments? Wait. How'd he get fiber glass in his lungs? |
@Alaunt- I think we have stuff handled really.
Other then funds and advertisement... and general help with color decisions and on what the event mule should wear. lol Where you the one that had the idea of the Memory card game? I can't remember. @Ivvy- Wow those don't sound like good odds. Where did he work? My dad used to work with fiber glass. That stuff is horrible. @Suona- Yeah, I usually make the same variation of the same outfit over and over so their more different things don't really do much for me. @Rainy- Everyone wanted it to be pushed back to June and I would have if I could have. Especially now that I found out my family reunion is the same weekend as the event. Though I'm not sure it will be happening any more. I hope you can. Aw thanks ^^ |
I know how that happens. My grandmother worked with fiber glass. Many of her colleagues died of simialr thing and she, too, had something of the sort, just not to such extreme, since she was the qualify tester... That job was what started her road down the hill in many ways.
|
Yes I was the one with that idea. OH! I still need to make the graph for it. Can you send me the details of what you want again? |
@ Lilith - Yeah, thats true. I tend to make totally different avis from one another.

No problem. I only say it if it is true. ^-^ |
I like the avis that you make, too. ^^
|
Thanks. I find myself repeating a lot of stuff, though. |
@ Rainy...they pay all his medical costs and thats it.
@ Alaunt.... He worked for a lumber company and in an area with the stuff. If you breath it in it gets trapped in your lungs and breaks apart. And cuts up your lungs. Its known as a glass lung. And a lot of people have died from it. Its terrible. It causes chest pains from hell and makes you cough up vomit up and sneeze out blood all the time. Its terrible and looks even worse if you witness the coughing. It weakens the immune system and breaks down the body pretty badly. And eventually causes death. They cant so it in increments because it will keep on breaking down and the pieces are almost invisible to begin with so it would only be a futile cycle to do it like that. I asked the doctor the same thing. @ Lilith ....*look up* and The odds are wretched. |
