@hiriyuu- Sadly this event has been glitched for some time so you might not get them. You would get them via the donate _____ function underneath the avatars. Sorry. I'll see what I can do for you.

No, you were not able to get the opposite team's items unless you traded for them. I tested this myself - I did have enough event currency to give to countless people, and yet all I got was Sprocket items.

@christiann- Nothing happens but we can't make event rares (the ones from the build section in the hq) until we repair it.
