I agree Harley. It's a weird rule. But I think it's because they don't have mods that speak other languages. Maybe you could be one?

Well. They talk spanish so I can't talk to you in spanish. Great. Also they have a translator.

It is because the majority of moderators speak English as a primary language.
As such, foreign language topics cannot be easily moderated unless there are limits placed on them.

I do realize that Wikipedia can be edited by anyone, and that the definition of any internet slang term is very subjective, however Wikipedia is usually fairly accurate, and the article seems to have covered all common definitions of the term.
