But yeah, they do say to only do that sorta diet for a week or 2. My dad did it for like....2 months years ago, he said that would make any normal person ill, but he was fine haha.

He was taking multivitamins in the mornings anyway, but i doubt thats enough xD

Still tempting if i can loose 14 pounds in a week, but surely...as soon as i started eating normally again it'd go straight back on haha ><

I only rarely eat beef and I don't like pork much either. and I'm picky about everything else. hate turkey

I like turkey okay. We really only have it on the holidays, though. I tend to eat a lot of tuna.

I'm a carnivore. I love meat.

But I try to limit myself more now. I don't eat nearly as much meat as I used to.

I prefer fishy stuff. chicken is good too.

The best way to lose weight is to just eat a healthy food, don't over eat, get exercise.

Diets don't work. They may help you temporarily lose the weight, but you won't be able to keep it off for long.

Steak is good with the right kinds of seasonings/marinades. I haven't eaten hamburger in years, though. My mom and I have been using ground turkey or chicken instead. My brother loves hamburger though.

I usually go for medium-well steaks. My best friend loves it rare, though.

xD Swarl/Arik - I'm just getting in to Seafood. I used to avoid it when i was young cause it looked disgusting...haha, me and my pickyness!

Now i'm always looking for the seafood stuffs when i go out for meals. Especially prawns...me loves the prawns!! Not massive on tuna though =/

And true's bout not keeping the weight off for long, thats me everytime i try it haha. I put on loads since xmas, just tryin to find a way to get it off, but i don't exercise enough so i know exactly what i need :P

I think it's because there had been so many e coli infections with hamburger, and mad cow's disease.

I was watching my friend have a "tripple whopper" the other day, and all the grease was just dripping out as he took a bite....i don't want THAT inside me thx xD

Anyway...this is making me hungry. But i have to be healthy! So imma get some cereal and quit talkin about tasty meats -drools-

I try to eat healthy. I haven't had McDonalds or Burger King or anything like them for a few years. We watched Supersize Me in health class and I haven't been able to touch it since.

I haven't had fast food in years but I never ate much of it. I still like sonic's burgers and taco bell though
